Listing Guidelines
To maintain quality and trust on Dream Home Realty, all listings must meet the following standards.
Image Requirements
- Each property must include 5-6 clear, high-quality photos
- Images must accurately represent the current state of the property
- Include exterior, interior, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom photos
- No watermarks, logos, or promotional text on images
- No stock photos or images from other properties
Property Information
- All property information must be accurate and truthful
- Prices must be clearly stated in USD
- Include complete address or general location
- Provide accurate bedroom, bathroom, and square footage details
- Write a detailed description (minimum 100 words)
Prohibited Listings
- Fake or misleading property information
- Properties you do not own or have authority to list
- Duplicate listings of the same property
- Properties with legal disputes or encumbrances (unless disclosed)
- Any illegal or fraudulent content
Approval Process
- 1Submit your listing through the agent dashboard
- 2Our team reviews all submissions within 24-48 hours
- 3Approved listings go live immediately
- 4Rejected listings will receive feedback for improvement
Note: Dream Home Realty reserves the right to reject, remove, or modify any listing that does not meet our quality standards or violates our terms of service. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.
